SEGA is a Japanese video game company that was very popular in the 90’s. But it went from selling 30 million consoles to 3 million before they stop making consoles and concentrate on video games.

This case study aims to bring the arcade culture back with SEGA. Not with products, but with services. Kids of the 90’s have grown up. SEGA should grow up with them.
